In fact, quality issues not only cause the waterjet's tip to break down so quickly, but similar problems often occur under the influence of other factors. So, as a user, there are still many things to guard against.
For example, if the tension of the waterjet cutting head is not required, it can cause the head to vibrate, causing cracking or damage to the edge of the head or bead. The upper and lower force layers of the cutter head also fit tightly together. If the pre-tensioning process of the cutter head is poor, when the force layer at the bottom of the cutter head is tightened, delamination will not occur between the layers. Tightening will cause the bit to slide up and down too much, causing the bit to break too quickly.
In addition, the problem with water jet sand is that there is too much water jet sand, which will hinder normal movement, which will not only cause the water jet to fatigue and loosen, but also greatly reduce the processing ability of water jet sand. Therefore, not only choose a reliable quality cutter head, but also check its tension and compaction frequently; if there is a buildup of water jet sand, find the cause as soon as possible.
